Acceptance of Payment

Welcome to our Corporate Website. This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply when you visit our site or use choose to browse the contents herein. By using this Web site, you agree to be bound by its terms of use and shall comply thereof. This Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site and the content provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.


THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TOGETHER WITH EACH ACCEPTED PLAN ORDER SUBMITTED BY YOU, ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS MENTIONED FOR YOUR PLAN ORDER AND THE PRIVACY POLICY, STATE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND 7-Techies (THE “AGREEMENT”). You must agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to be eligible to use the 7-Techies Portal (defined below), or obtain Services (defined below). If you choose not to submit a Plan Order, then the entire “Agreement” between you and the Company consists of these Terms and Conditions, Any additional terms mentioned for your plan order and the Privacy Policy.


“Materials” means any web casts, download areas, white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, product information, quick reference guides, or other works of any kind that are made available to download from the Portal are the proprietary and copyrighted work of 7-Techies and or its suppliers. The definition of “Materials” does not include the design or layout of the 7-Techies Web site or any other 7-Techies owned, operated, licensed or controlled site.

Submission of Plan Orders; Service Plans

You may order Services by submitting Plan Orders through the 7-Techies Portal or by calling support team.Once 7-Techies accepts the Plan Order submitted by you, then you will receive an email from 7-Techies at the email address that you provide or have provided to 7-Techies as part of the Registration Process for the Services. 7-Techies is not responsible for rendering Services in connection with any Plan Order that it has not accepted or expired. Upon acceptance by 7-Techies of a Plan Order, you will have a Service Plan.


Subject to the Terms and Conditions, and other terms specific to each Service Plan, Company will address your query using commercially reasonable efforts in providing appropriate solutions under the Services. In most cases , Company will attempt problem diagnosis and a solution through remote assistance, over the telephone, through chat, email or other means as it deems most appropriate under the circumstances. All undertakings under Service Plans are subject to 7-Techies Limited Warranty, which is set forth below. For more information, please refer to online documentation.
